Fig. 01 — the per-seat math

Per-seat pricing is a tax on growing.

A 10-person team on typical CRM SaaS pays $1,000–$1,500 every month, forever — for software that still doesn't fit. Your system runs flat at $450–$850 a month, built around how you work, and hiring never raises the bill.

Typical per-seat SaaS
$12–18k

per year for 10 seats — and rising with every hire

Your system
$5.4–10.2k

per year, flat — same price at 10 people or 40

No fine print

Every plan's monthly includes.

Daily backups

Security & updates

Patches, monitoring, and dependency updates — quietly handled.

Support SLA

Small iterations

Tweaks and small improvements every month, included.

Roadmap check-ins

Regular reviews so the system keeps up as you grow.

Questions, answered

Everything owners ask before signing.

Who owns the software and the data?

You do — the code, the data, all of it. If we ever part ways, you receive a full data export and the complete codebase. Nothing is held hostage.

What happens if we cancel the monthly?

You can cancel with 30 days' notice. We hand over your data and code, and we'll help you transition to another host or team. The system is yours either way.

How long does a build take?

Most Foundation systems go from blueprint approval to launch in 4–8 weeks. Growth builds typically run 8–14 weeks depending on integrations and migrations.

What counts as a small iteration versus a new project?

Small iterations take hours, not weeks — a new field, a report change, an automation tweak — and they're included in your monthly. Larger additions get scoped as a mini-project with its own fixed quote before any work starts.

Can you migrate our spreadsheets or current CRM?

Yes — data migration is part of every launch. We move your spreadsheets, contacts, and job history into the new system, and exports from tools like HubSpot, Jobber, or Salesforce are welcome.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks, Stripe, and our other tools?

Yes. QuickBooks and Stripe are the most common, along with email, SMS, and Google Calendar. If a tool you rely on has an API, we can usually connect it.

Why a build fee instead of a pure subscription?

The build fee pays for something you own — a system designed around your business. That's what keeps the monthly flat and honest: it covers running the system, not renting it. Per-seat SaaS charges you forever for software you never own.

Is the monthly required?

The monthly is how your system stays hosted, secure, backed up, and supported — most clients treat it as the point. If you'd rather run it yourself, we'll hand over the codebase and deployment docs instead.
